Individual therapy is designed to meet you uniquely where you are, walking with you through whatever you are facing. All of us navigate hard things in life (adults, teens, kids…everyone), some of which knock us down or leave us feeling ill-equipped to tackle the challenges before us. Whether you are dealing with trauma in your past, struggles with anxiety or depression, relationship issues, parenting concerns, grief/loss, or even confusion about your faith, you’ve come to the right place. Together we can walk towards freedom and wholeness.

Research shows that nearly everyone wants to be in a lifelong relationship, but anyone who has been in a relationship for more than five minutes knows that they are tough. It’s not abnormal to struggle to stay connected and communicate – even for Christians. With 50% of marriages ending in divorce (even in the church), being proactive about building and maintaining a healthy relationship is one of the wisest investments you can make. Whether you are couple working towards marriage or you’ve been married for 40 years, there’s hope!

Family is one of the most important things to most of us, and yet these relationships can be some of the hardest to navigate and keep healthy. No matter the makeup of your family (married, single parent, co-parenting, blended family, etc.), therapy is a safe place to work through the issues without judgement as you strive to create safer, more connected relationships in your home.

Group therapy is a great way to get your feet wet in therapy, to get connected with other parents who are dealing with issues similar to yours, and to help you in facing the unique issues that parents of teens are tackling on a daily basis. Groups have up to 8 people in them and last for 8 weeks.

All the time, we hear about parents who are frustrated. They have a teenager who is struggling with behavior issues and other mental health concerns…they’ve taken their kiddo to many different providers, but feel like they aren’t getting anywhere. The second opinion program exists to give you an opportunity to have a therapist who specializes in work with teens look at all of your child’s records (psych evaluations, therapy records, etc.), do a one-hour consultation with you and your child, and then send you a written report of recommendations.
